If you open up the box and you feel Crossfire Dragons did not accurately represent the dragon, we will refund your money upon the return of the dragon. If you feel the dragon is not showing the color you saw in the picture or you find something you do not like about the dragon send it back and we will refund your money, no questions asked. If you are returning the dragon for a non health related issue shipping is not refunded. We pride ourselves on accurately representing our dragons and stand behind them 100% of the time. We want our customers to be completely happy and comfortable with their purchase, and we go to all lengths to provide that. We offer unconditional support to dragon owners whether they are our customers or not. It is our responsibility to share our experiences with dragons so our customers can have a successful relationship with their dragon. All dragons come with a 14-day health and satisfaction guarantee. We guarantee the dragons health for 7 days after delivery. It is our responsibility to answer any questions or concerns that you may have to insure a healthy start once delivered. It is your responsibility to notify us ASAP if the dragon's not eating or acting “funny” in any way. Baby dragons can take a turn for the worse very quickly so time is very critical to ensure a problem is caught and dealt with accordingly.

Sexing

We do our best to accuratly sex dragons under three months old, but we can not guarantee their sex at this age. Hatchlings can be tricky at times, but we have been 100% accurate so far (no complaints yet anyways). We can not take an animal back if it turns out to be the wrong sex, but we do have some options if the situation comes up. If the animal has not been exposed to other reptiles, we will take it back as a trade for another dragon of the correct sex if o­ne is available. In this situation the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
